Note that we now stock two batches of Norfolk Punch. Both are made to the same original recipe, but the proportions of ingredients are slightly altered, which changes the sweet/sour balance.

Terms & Conditions - Retail Sales
- Standard Delivery: 1-6 bottles £8.70 / 7+ bottles £9.70 for delivery to UK mainland addresses excluding Highlands and Islands within 7 days.
- Outer Zone Delivery Surcharge: we regret that a surcharge is payable for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, and also to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles – please contact us for details. Highlands and Islands Postcodes include: AB31-AB56, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, PA20-PA78, PH1-PH50, ZE1-ZE3. If you have ordered through our website and paid via PayPal an additional amount may be payable for this surcharge – our apologies if this causes any inconvenience.
- Delivery Outside the UK: at the moment we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK except by special arrangement – please contact us for details. Delivery can be arranged to Ireland and Europe though a surcharge is payable. Unfortunately, delivery to the USA and Canada is currently cost-prohibitive.
- Expedited Delivery: quicker or Next Day delivery can be arranged, though a surcharge may be payable – please contact us for details. If you need the order by a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to get it delivered in time.
- When placing an order through our website and PayPal, please include any directions or special instructions and a daytime telephone number to help the courier deliver your order. We will never share your contact details with any other party, except with the courier company.
- If your order is damaged or missing items please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will arrange for a replacement.
- If you are not satisfied with your order in any way please notify us within 7 days of receiving it and we will contact you to discuss alternatives. Refunds can only be offered if the order is defective.
- All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate (currently 20%).
